What to do in the event of over-acidification?

Therapy concept with regard to over-acidification Nutrition:

Nutrition: 

As many base-forming foodstuffs as possible: Drink 2.5 – 3 litres daily (still water, Adelholzener Heilwasser (medicinal spring water), fruit juices, tea and cocoa), vegetables (especially spinach), legumes (beans), fruit, nuts (hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds), vegetable oils, mushrooms, honey, marmalade, sorbet, whey, white sugar, nut nougat cream 
 As few acid-forming foodstuffs as possible (but do not omit them, because vitamins and minerals which the body needs are also contained here): Meat and sausages, fish, milk, dairy products (especially hard cheese), eggs (egg yolk), nuts (walnuts, peanuts), cereal products, margarine, milk chocolate, cakes, Coca-Cola, black tea, water with carbonic acid 

 General lifestyle: 

  • 7 hours of sleep daily 
  • Engage in sports (e.g. walking, bicycling) 3 times a week for 30 to 40 minutes 
  • Avoid stress and anger, because stress makes you "sour" 

Special substitution: 

1 bag of Innova Balance® per day (basic mineral mixture for regulation of acid-base balance) 

 Microbiological therapy: (3 months / year) 

3 months: 2 x 20 drops of Symbioflor® 1, 1 bag of SymbioVital®
